Usage

Add water & salt to dosa mix, Cover the batter and let it ferment in a warm place for 8-12 hours or overnight.

Add oil of ghee to your non stick pan and spread the batter evenly on the pan, cover the lid of the pan and cook until golden brown and crispy.
