Ingredients
- 1 cup ProPoshan besan
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp ajwain
- 1/2 cup water (or as needed)
- 1-2 onion (thinly sliced)
- 1-2 green chillies (chopped)
- Handful of chopped coriander leaves
- Oil (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix ProPoshan besan, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, and ajwain in a bowl.
- Gradually add water to form a thick batter.
- Add sliced onions, green chillies, and chopped coriander leaves to the batter; mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil.
- Fry until pakoras are golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
