Ingredients
- Multi‑Millet flour – 2 cups (240 g)
- Hot water – ~1 to 1¼ cups (240–300 ml)
- Salt – ¾ tsp
- Oil/ghee – 1 tsp (plus more for serving)
Process
- Mix flour and salt. Pour in hot water gradually; mix with spoon, then knead warm to soft dough. Rest 5–7 min.
- Divide into 8. Roll between parchment or with light dusting.
- Cook on hot tawa till light brown spots; optionally brush with ghee.
